What differentiates National Coin Laundry from the rest of the operators?  We are one of the last small, family-operated routes left in the industry.  National Coin Laundry is different because of the SERVICE we provide to our customers. A big example is the simple act of calling in a service call on a laundry machine. You can actually call up during a regular day and talk to a live person immediately, not be transferred around to a call center. Also, they can leave a message after hours and get a call back from a live person. A customer can also call in and not only speak to a service tech if needed, but they can also talk to the owner… me!
